Shift Timings: 9.30am – 6.30pm, 10:00am - 7:00pm and 11.00am-8.00pm
Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Use CRM to check daily work and priorities important follow ups
Cold calling to the customers and convert them into sales. Outbound calls to potential customers, understand their learning requirement, council and recommend specific training as per their career aspiration
Create and follow up with prospective leads and drive them to closure reach daily targets
Reporting output on a daily basis
Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
Research on different tools to increase the sales
Basic Qualifications
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate; OR 4th year students from an engineering institute in computer science, electronics, mechanical, chemical, information science.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high pressure environment by combining analytical rigor and judgment.
Understanding of telesales in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets.
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Proficient in general computer management, Microsoft Excel &Word
This is a global role where customers are spread across geography/time zones.
Comfortable for afternoon or night shifts.
The selected candidate will undergo sales training comprising product knowledge, understanding your customers, CRM, email writing, phone skills etc
