Job Title: Performance Testing & Validation Sr Test Engineer
 
Education – BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech

 
Experience – 7 to 12 Years
 
Location – Pune
 
Key Role & Responsibilities:
· Planning and Execution of passenger vehicle performance testing and validation.
· Coordinate with CAE/Design team for result validation and implementation.
· Team Management and impart training
·  Experience in overall vehicle development domain & ability to understand and analyse individual component contribution to overall vehicle performance
· Experience of different DATA measurements and analysis tools.
· Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external test agencies for testing work.
· Schedule and plan the cross functional team meetings for updates, improvements, and further discussions to achieve the targets and certification.
· Strong fundamentals and exposure in related functional area.
· Good knowledge of Indian and Global homologation regulations
· Document the work in ISO 9001 framework
· Provide technical expertise to cross functional team.
· Relationship Management with design, test, development, and vendor stakeholders
· Work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the quality strategy
· Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers, and other service providers.
